FAQ
Questions, answered properly.
Including the ones where the honest answer isn't the one that sells best.
We build and improve the system that sits between an enquiry arriving at your roofing company and an inspection or quote being booked. In practice that means some combination of: a conversion-focused website or improvements to your existing one, an inspection booking flow, a quote request flow, lead capture forms, automated email and SMS follow-up, missed-call recovery, a place where every enquiry is organised, and tracking so you can see what happened.
Which of those you get depends entirely on what you already have. That's what the audit is for.
No. RoofFlow doesn't create demand and doesn't sell leads. We work on the enquiries you already receive — from your reputation, your existing marketing, your Google profile, referrals and repeat customers — and make sure more of them get captured, answered and followed up rather than lost.
If you're not getting enquiries at all, RoofFlow is the wrong first investment, and we'll say so on the call.
Not as part of the core offer. We're a conversion and follow-up company, not an ad agency, and this website should never give you the impression that we magically produce traffic.
One practical note: if you do run ads now or later, they tend to work better once the system behind them is fixed, because you stop paying for clicks that arrive at a page nobody converts on.
Often not. If your site looks decent, loads reasonably and gets found, we'd usually rather improve the conversion path on it — the enquiry forms, the booking flow, the mobile experience, the calls to action, the tracking — than start again.
We recommend a rebuild when the current site is genuinely the bottleneck: when it can't be edited, is slow, doesn't work on a phone, or gives a visitor no obvious way to ask for an inspection.
Then we work with it. Most of the time the CRM isn't the problem — what's missing is what feeds it and what happens automatically once a lead is in there. We focus on the intake, the immediate response and the follow-up, and leave your team working where they already work.
We only suggest changing tools if the current one is actively causing the loss, and we'll explain exactly why before you decide.
Usually yes — website platforms, inboxes, calendars, phone systems, quoting tools and mainstream CRMs. Part of the audit is checking what connects cleanly and what doesn't, so we can tell you before any commitment rather than after.
If something genuinely can't be connected, we'll show you the options and the trade-offs of each.
It depends on scope, and you'll get a real timeline in writing after the audit rather than a made-up number here. Improving conversion and follow-up on an existing site is the quickest route. Adding booking and automation takes longer because it touches your calendar and phone system. A full rebuild plus the complete system is the longest.
The delays are rarely technical. They're access, decisions and content — so we ask for those upfront.
No. RoofFlow does not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your existing demand, your traffic, your sales process, your pricing, your market and your own operations.
What RoofFlow can do is improve the infrastructure used to capture, organise, follow up and convert opportunities. Our commitment is implementation-based: we work with you to implement, test and refine the agreed system so it functions as intended, and we keep improving it with real data. Anyone promising you a guaranteed number of appointments is guessing with your money.
You fill in a short application — enough for us to understand your business before the call, with no aggressive budget questions. Then you pick a slot in the calendar. Before we speak, we look at your website on a phone and go through your own enquiry path as a customer would.
On the call we walk through how enquiries reach you, what happens in the first hour and on day seven, and where opportunities are most likely being lost. Afterwards you get that back in writing, along with what we'd recommend building first. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you on the call.
You do. We build in your accounts wherever it's practical — your domain, your hosting, your email and calendar tools — so nothing depends on us continuing to exist. Enquiry data is your customer data, not ours.
We don't publish fixed prices, because the right build genuinely differs between a company that needs three forms improved and one that needs the whole path rebuilt. Quoting before understanding would either overcharge you or set us up to cut corners.
After the audit you get a written scope and a fixed price for that scope, before any work starts.
No, and we label them clearly. RoofFlow is new. Every screen in the demo section is a concept we built to show what's possible, using a fictional roofing company and invented sample figures. There are no testimonials, client logos or results on this site, because we don't have any to show yet.
