Make it easy to ask for a roof inspection
A conversion-focused website, a booking flow, a short quote request, forms that ask for the right things. Mobile first, because that's where a homeowner with a leak is standing.
Built for roofing companies
RoofFlow System helps roofing companies capture, organise and follow up enquiries through a conversion-focused digital system — so fewer opportunities fall through the cracks.

The gap
Most roofing companies don't have a lead problem in the way agencies describe it. They have a handling problem. The enquiry arrives — then it depends on someone being free, remembering, and getting back to it before a competitor does.
A normal Tuesday
With RoofFlow in place
RoofFlow does not create demand. It works on what already reaches you — the calls, forms and enquiries your reputation and marketing already produce.
What RoofFlow builds
Every roofing company is at a different starting point. The audit decides which of these you actually need — not all of it, every time.
A conversion-focused website, a booking flow, a short quote request, forms that ask for the right things. Mobile first, because that's where a homeowner with a leak is standing.
Automatic acknowledgement by email or SMS. Missed-call text back where it suits the business. The prospect knows they've been heard within seconds, not hours.
A lead list your team can actually work — status, owner, next action. Light if that's all you need. We won't build a CRM you'll never open.
Conversion tracking and source reporting, so you know which enquiries got answered, which got booked, and where they came from.
How it works
A call, then a walk through your current enquiry process. Where enquiries come from, who touches them, what happens on day one and day seven.
We map where opportunities may be getting lost and where you're doing by hand what a system should do. You get the map whether or not you work with us.
We implement only the parts you need: website, booking flow, capture forms, follow-up automation, lead organisation, tracking. Existing tools stay if they work.
We run the journey ourselves on desktop and mobile — submit the forms, book the slot, check the messages land and the notifications reach the right person.
Once real enquiries run through it, we use what the data shows to improve the weak points. Systems get better with evidence, not opinions.
See what we can build
RoofFlow is a new company and we don't have client case studies yet. So instead of borrowing someone else's, we built demonstrations you can click through. Try the inspection booking flow below.
Choose a time that suits you. We'll confirm by text and email.
Inspection times
A booking page removes the back-and-forth. The homeowner picks a slot inside the hours you allow, the appointment lands in the calendar, and the reminder goes out on its own.
All seven demosOur commitment
We don't hand over a website and disappear. We work with you to implement, test and refine the agreed RoofFlow system until it functions as intended — and we stay on to improve it with real data.
What we won't do is promise a number. We can't guarantee leads, customers or revenue, because those depend on demand, pricing, your sales conversations, your reputation and your market. Any company that guarantees them is guessing. What we can be accountable for is the system: that it captures, responds, organises, books and reports the way we agreed.
Who it's for
RoofFlow works with roofing businesses that already have demand and a reputation — and a process that hasn't kept up with them. If enquiries are arriving faster than your admin can handle, that's the problem we work on.
This sounds familiar if
Straight answers
No. RoofFlow does not generate demand and does not run paid advertising as part of the core offer. We work on the enquiries you already receive — making sure they're captured, answered and followed up instead of lost. If your phone isn't ringing at all, we're the wrong first investment, and we'll tell you that on the audit call.
Often not. If your site already looks right and ranks reasonably, we usually improve the conversion path on it — the enquiry forms, the booking flow, the mobile experience, the tracking — rather than replace it. A new site is a recommendation we make when the current one is genuinely holding you back, not by default.
No, and we'd be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on existing demand, your traffic, your pricing, your sales process, your market and your own operations — all outside our control. What we're accountable for is the infrastructure used to capture, organise, follow up and convert opportunities, and that it works as agreed.
Next step
A short application, then a call. We look at how enquiries reach you today and where they're most likely being lost. You get the findings either way.
